Do you offer free US shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $150 after discounts. Orders under $150 show real-time rates at checkout.

How long is processing time?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. During drops or sales, please allow 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET often ship the same day.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the US, and DHL Express for most international orders. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in New York.

Are duties and taxes included for international orders?

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local duties, taxes, and import fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?

Yes, USPS services are available for PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Expedited options may be limited for these addresses.

Do you require a signature?

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means duties, VAT, and import fees are set by your country and collected by the carrier upon delivery. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the shipment being returned; outbound and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Include your full name, phone, and accurate address to prevent customs holds.
Some regions require ID/tax numbers for clearance; if requested, please provide promptly.
Transit times exclude customs inspection time, which can vary.

Tracking, insurance & signatures

Tracking link is emailed/SMSed as soon as your label is created.
Packages are insured against loss or damage in transit. Contact us within 7 days of the last scan if you suspect an issue.
Orders over $300 or flagged by fraud checks may require an adult signature at delivery.
If marked delivered but not received, first check with neighbors/building office and wait 24 hours; then contact support with your order number.

Address changes, holds & cancellations

Change/cancel window: We can edit or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours. After fulfillment, reroutes may incur a carrier fee.
PO Boxes: Select a USPS option at checkout.
APO/FPO/DPO: Shipments go via USPS. Transit times vary by location.
Hold at location: Available with most carriers after dispatch—use your tracking link to request.

Split shipments & packaging

To speed delivery, multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If there’s no movement for 3 business days (US) or 5 business days (international), contact support and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries with DHL Express. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and see live rates.

Are you affiliated with Eric Emanuel?
