Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, or marks
All original tags, size stickers, branded bag, and accessories included
EE embroidery, mesh fabric, trims, and drawstrings intact and untampered
Return initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above or that show wear/use.

How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos (if defective/different).
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
Pack items securely in original packaging. Remove or cover old labels if reusing the box.
Ship with a trackable service and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.
For incorrect or defective items, we provide a prepaid label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are honored when stock is available. To speed up the process, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval or any issues within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank/card.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
Missing packaging, tags, or minor wear may incur a restocking fee of 10–20% or be declined.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packing slip. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
International Orders
International returns are accepted; return shipping and any duties/taxes are your responsibility.
Duties and taxes collected at checkout or by your local customs authority are non‑refundable via us.
For exchanges, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.
Cancellations & Address Changes
We can attempt to cancel or edit your order before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with “URGENT” in the subject.
Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled. You may return eligible items after delivery.
We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments for past purchases, limited releases, or temporary promotions.
Return Packaging Guidelines
Return items folded, protected from friction, and sealed in the original EE polybag if provided.
Use a sturdy outer carton; avoid stuffing without protection to prevent mesh snags.
Include your packing slip or a note with order number and RA.
Abuse & Fraud
We monitor returns for fraud or abuse (e.g., wardrobing, tag tampering). We may refuse service, limit returns, or charge restocking fees as permitted by law.
